A month ago me and my friend tried to make a script so we went to the tuts and tried but all the tuts were so far outdated that we couldn't even make simple procedures without having to overhaul everything and getting help from the irc channel so we should delete the current tuts and allow a chance for membershio or rep from new tuts

It is the makers responsibility to update the tuts. Many people still learn from them, even though they are outdated. I think they should stay where they are and more people can add new tuts.

The bad thing is our tutorialss are too complecated for the new users, thats why mine include pictures, or easy to understand terminology.

Well tbh, I think these TuTs are still useable. They teach simple to advance SRL then you can use this knowledge to implement reflections. When I look through these, I see not outdated as such, but more of a learn as you go.

Understand the basics they say and then look through other people's scripts and see how they have adapted these techniques.

That is 100% correct. The tutorials are not supposed to teach you everything about Srl.
What they ARE supposed to do(in this case, anyways), is to prepare you to be able to read and comprehend the advanced scripts.
Using the gained knowledge from these advanced scripts, you can proceed to implement this into your own scripts.
