How To Create A PayPal Account

In this tutorial, I am going to show you how to create a PayPal account, without filling in your credit/debit card, or bank details. If you wish to do that, then you just have to select some different options.

Step 1:
Go to PayPal.com (https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_home&country_lang.x=true)

Step 2:
Press "Sign Up."

Step 3:
Select your country (green), and then press the button underneath "PayPal for you."

Step 4:
Fill in all of your correct details.

Step 5:

Press "Go to My account."

Step 6:

Finally, confirm your e-mail address, and life the limits off of your accounts if you want to.

Now you will have a working PayPal account.

If you wish to transfer money, then simply use the Send/Request Money on the navigation bar at the top:

Is the Australian law just stupid or do you need to be 18+ everywhere?

Step 0: Make sure you are 18

Nice Tut though. Will help a fair few people :)

EDIT: OMG ZEPH! What is the chances we come on at the same time and post about the rule of 18.

How the fuck did I create a verified Paypal then when I was still 15 O.o? Weird stuff. Good guide btw :)

Nice guide. ;)

No offense, but actually making the PayPal account is pretty straight forward. Maybe include a section on how to use it, or the different things you can do with it, or is that stuff just blatantly obvious after you make the account?
