    A couple tips I'd suggest from a quick overview of your script:
    - Utilize the includes, they're there to help! (OpenBankChest, FindDTM (for statics), etc)
    - In Simba, go to View > Extensions. Then enable the 'parser' extension. It'll help format your script to a more readable format / standards.
    - Load DTMs you use repeatedly, globally. This should help save cpu usage / less writing/freeing of RAM
