need help running Simba in 07 (teamviewer)

I followed the video guide and it said after i downloaded everything to put this in and 07 should be working program new;

when i do and start it this pops up
[Error] C:\Simba\Includes\SRL/SRL/misc/SmartParams.Simba(281:149): Invalid number of parameters at line 280
Compiling failed.


please i need teamviewer help i have tried everything,btw eoc version did work just not 07.
