Won't let me download SRL?

It keeps saying that I dont have the permission to download SRL? Ive made and activated 2 accounts so far and it still wont let me...What do I do??...:confused:

Yea, that is in the rules but i doubt thats the reason he cant download it. Try to go to freddy1990.com to get it. Lol i know this is off topic but how did this thread get 5 stars..
