Key Holding help!

Hi i know again one of my noob questions pop-up and you guys (some) are really annoyed so just if anyone feels like answering well here it goes!

I was wondering if there is a similar procedure like : If (IsFKeyDown(2))

But instead of checking the 'F' keys it checks if both Ctrl + lets say A of if alt + x are down does anyone know?
