where do i get the srl that goes with the scar 3.06? i tried this link http://www.srl-forums.com/forum/fred...28.html?t=7328

but when i go into the includes section, like i did to set up the older version of srl, there is nothing to extract.
so my questions are: is this what i am supposed to be downloading?

if it is, what am i doing wrong/is there a guide to set it up like the older version.
