Paste code into word...

Hey there! Was wondering if there's a beautiful way of pasting the code into word without crewing its beauty(example below)...

Install and open Notepad++ with the NppExport plugin installed.
Open source file in Notepad++
Make a selection of the text you want to copy
Go to the Plugins menu item, then NppExport, then "Copy RTF to Clipboard"
Paste into Microsoft Word.
Voila!
