I'm fairly sure that this market area is only for Runescape <-> Runescape trades. Once you get Junior Members you can trade in the Blackmarket though.

1. Black Market is only for SRL JR. Member +
2. My guess is that you will try to get a lot of GP ($10,20,30,50+) out of something you can buy for $5.
