Probably the most annoying thing about using SCAR, or any autoers for that matter, is the fact that your computer will be rendered effectively useless while running the programming. The problem is that that the mouse is used almost exclusively by the SCAR program; however there is a very simple solution: using two/multiple mouse cursors. Yes! Imagine being able to use multiple mouse cursors simultaneously on your computer. You could be autoing in runescape while the other is being used to surf the web. If three mice were supported, you could even be autoing on two accounts while surfing the web at the same time!

There already is a program for for MAC which is called DualOSX
(link: http://www.dualosx.com/dualosx_en.htm),but sadly it only supports MAC at the moment, and when it does support PC it will only be for Vista.

Is there any way that this could possibly work? It would be quite efficient and if using multiple monitors, then you could fully use your Desktop, while autoing on the second monitor.

Also if you are running a pc compatible, you can get a version of osx called OSX86(google for it you will find it), (dont work on all comps, but did on one of mine)is just a modded version of OSX,(BTW, my notebook is a mac and i love it)all my desktops(one main and three test) are pc though.

So True :P

Note: there used to be something called silent mouse but jagex killed it(it had a silent mouse and one that you could control)

Something else: all you need for 2+ accounts on one computer is:
at least 1GB of RAM and a fast CPU,
A dual-monitor setup(need a special graphics card with dual support)
and that program that makes 2 cursors you were talking about!

or you can do what iloveit8 said, get some junky windows xp computers and set up a home network, auto on them all day :D

in reality, it's going to be very inefficient since the window is going to keep coming to the fore ground

ya a couple of cheap comps is the way to go, even win98(uses less resources)
would be wayy easeiar and cheaper, a good vid card(duel moniter or tv out) costs as much as an old bomb comp.
