12 years ago today.

Anyone here do something special on this day? I usually end up watching some sort of 9/11 documentary

12 years it's really been that long?... I forget which year but I was in junior high at that time, ironically enough at that very time in the morning I was in US History class.

I was in 3rd (or fourth?) grade. I remember a bunch of the teachers crying about it. I have class so I won't be doing anything special or commemorative for the day :/

E: Well I am a Jr in college, so it only stands to reason that I was in 3rd grade.

I think I was in second grade, (Am a soph. in college) yeah I remember a bunch of teachers crying about it but they wouldn't tell us anything besides something bad has happened.

Rather than remember the tragedy people mourn over (and people I knew who died there)

I rather remember stuff like this

because not only do I think it's pathetic to cry about the past, I think it hurts you to do so

On that last link, the picture is of Halifax Stanfield International airport, not the Gander airport. The Gander airport had 38 planes and the Halifax one had 47. Still great for such a small town like Gander though :)

You don't actually believe them do you? You can't be *that* misinformed

So what you're telling me is that you haven't heard of WTC 7?

So your saying that the US government demolished WTC 7?

So your saying that the US government demolished WTC 7?

Yes, and in the same manner as the other two, which is by planned demolition. Also, ever heard of the George Washington Bridge?
And its far from conspiracy theory at this point. There is a LOT of evidence, and a LOT of protest. I mean just google 9/11. The third hit just happens to be a "conspiracy theory movement"?

So what's your theory. Your not putting any facts forth your just spewing stuff you have heard.

What do you mean? My theory is they exploded those buildings to use as an excuse to go to war with Afghanistan and eventually Iraq. Because of oil if i need to spell it out more. It's all spelled out in the Wolfowitz Doctrine.

So why would the US government want to go to Afghanistan and Iraq for oil? How does the US Government benefit from this? (I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with you, I'm just trying to find out your point)

First of all No disrespect to any of the 2976 9/11 Victims or the 48k+ Afghan, 1.6 million+ Iraqis who lost their lives because of this as well as the countless Palestinian who experience this everyday.

As for what Haiku is trying to get at I strongly Urge you to take a look at this link: http://rememberbuilding7.org/

Have a read and try and digest all the information.

I'm having trouble with your credibility as soon as I reached
1.6 million+ Iraqis can you please cite this?

Kazimx
09-28-2013, 10:19 PM
You honestly want me to cite that figure, you tell me the exact number of people slaughtered in Abu Ghraib and I'll give you a list of almost every person in that 1.6million figure. Saddam wasn't the worst thing to happen to Iraq and he allegedly killed millions. Funny how so did every other 'dictator,' have you got citations for those to.

"Only savage fanatics kill with machetes; civilised people kill with drones and cruise missiles."

Why would I do that when i'm just asking you to back up the facts you posted? Because saying millions of people died in Iraq because of Saddam isn't helping your case that we invaded the middle east for oil any

Kazimx

"Allegedly" was they key word do you think I believe he killed millions, that's apparantly what the media has been saying happened just to fuel the war in Iraq.

Edit: Here's another reason why I don't support these claims: http:// http://rt.com/news/chemical-weapons-iran-iraq-980/

US arms middle Eastern disctators gives them the go ahead to use lethal weaponry than attacks them for doing what it was allowed to do in the first place so without a doubt the US government is also responsible for the people killed under Saddams Regime prior to 9/11 refer to above link.

http:// http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/ORB_survey_of_Iraq_War_casualties

Have a read and try to understand that this was mainly conducted as a survey so it wasn't targetting 100% of the populous so these figures could be vastly more nobody knows the true figure but I'll find you more proof tomorrow.
