Randoms in Bank?

Was Wonering if u can get randoms in the bank.. ive heard both ways, yes and no.. So wats the truth! :P

Yes.
I saw some poor guy get attack by a Strange Plant random while he was going through his bank items. He got poisoned and was forced into buying an overpriced antipoison. Funny, but sad too.

You can, but you don't get them close to as much as you do when mining or something. You don't encounter randoms often when just walking, talking to a store merchant....etc. As long as your not training a skill or something.

But you still do get them when in banks and stuff, Especially when your account gets flagged like one of mine did a few months ago lol.

Yea I got one in the pest control bank a few days after it came out and ended up getting killed because there were so many people that I didn't see it.

yes i have gotten lots of randoms in bank (especially when fletching) or doing anything for that matter, alcing, ect but mainly just when doing something, (unless you haven't done anything for a long time then perform an action(ie open bank,ect) this seems to set off randoms faster than anything else.

I get most of my randoms while standing around doing nothing, usually when im in a different window and come back and im in a random lol. But yes, you can get randoms in the bank.

It didnt always use to be this way but, during classic you never use to. There a few random free spots such as the fight pits but nothing all to useful

To tell you the truth i never have.
And also, if you are wondering this to make random checks in a script while banking.
I say no.
No need to check from randoms while banking, it takes only a few seconds and not necessary, but its better safe than sorry.

If you stay in bank, like when you are fletching, yea you can get randoms.

You never used to be able to, but that was changed a few months ago. I think it coincided with one of Jagex's bulletin things about how theyre fighting macroing, lols.

How does that help by having a random during the bankscreen, we only use the bank screen for short periods.
