Silent mouse doesn't work, it will move the mouse but the clicks don't work.

Yea, Silent Mouse is really detectable thus is why we don't use it anymore. If it was undetectable then SCAR would probably be abused by alot of leechers like RSDeamon was abused by being used 24/7 cause it didn't take the mouse.
