Ok people this problem is very simple if you have SCAR 2.03 then go download SRL 3.7 like normal.
If you have Divi then this is what you do:
Go File -> Dowload SRL and wait for it all to download.

Now some scripts may not work since 3.7 is changing some things, if that happens either hope somebody is nice enough to help you with it, or learn to script and fix it yourself.
