Why use more than 1 account?

Well I was thinking, would using more than 1 account doing the same thing logging in from the same ip be more detectable? Because when Jagex wants to see what a user is doing wouldn't they see the same IP doing all the same things and switching accounts?

I might be wrong can somebody please tell me why.

Jagex cant realy track your IP. They use UID. This is a file they store on your pc to make your pc "unique". But if you delete it sometimes and you logon to rs on signed then they make a new one. So everytime I login a new player it automaticly deletes UID. So jagex won't notice;).. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Edit: wait, then how can they IP-ban you? I guess they can't? I don't know exactly but most what I said is true.. The thing about IP-banning is a bit bluffing lol. Only if you are doing something extremely the will try to find your IP. But only if you really messed up. But if you delete UID often nothing will happen. And we auto on more accs becuz no one autoes 1 week long with no breaks. So we use more accs so jagex thinks it are different users:p

I believe they track IP's, but I don't know if they do anything with them

Thanks a lot! That really helps. How do I make it delete the UID every time it switches a user? Wait...there is something for that in SCAR, nvm :P.

Smartz, I think you're right, it isn't hard to track ip's for sure I know that. I was just thinking that I NEVER switch accounts and I spend a lot of time autoing somtimes. For example, people don't like my chicken slayer but I got my lvl 13 to lvl 32 using it. I've never been banned, I guess I'll switch acocunts because it seems like a good idea.
