well i am pretty sure i put this in the wrong part of forum but i need help on charmz williow cutter+ banker script but anways it says u need srl 3.5 do i really need that 1? bec am using 3.7 and i tried 2 dl 3.6 but it gave me 3.7 again so idk but if i do need 3.5 post a link?

I know this is the wrong section for this, but I don't know how to post on the site. So, with that being said, I'd like to know how I get verified to download stuff from this site, and other stuff. When I try to download something, or view a thread, it says:
