Are reflection scripts highly bannable?

I only have experience with RS3 scripts and they're all colour

I would assume it's more risky than color, since color is simply looking at what a human sees on the screen with no extra information, but I don't know enough about reflection to give an informed answer.

I assume you are talking about using reflection with simba? If so, then it is no more risky than color, as reflection doesn't modify the game client at all, just mirrors it in order to read the needed data. Injection is actually modifying the client and is inherently easier to detect, although, it has been made quite clear that simba and smart itself can be detected without much effort. So in the end, when using simba for osr, use whatever you prefer and the ban rates will be relatively the same.
