Doese Jagex Ban IP's?

I was wondering if they do and if there was a few ways to block my IP so they cant see it .... or is that illegal by law?

i know theres 1 where u put it in Unsigned mode but i cant load it cuz my computer starts reconnecting every time i try... i can barly load the rs cache takes me like 25 tries -.-:cartman:

1. They don't ban ip. addresses unless you do something really bad.
2. It's very hard to proxy to RS.

They might of IP banned Durial321 for causing the massacre but I think thats how serious it has to be for an IP ban.

It must be a really serious offence if you get an IP ban. Like exploiting a glitch causing a lot of harm and damage in the runescape world. (Party hat dupe ftw)

Otherwise, autoing shouldn't be a problem, I believe. :D
