This fix won't work for everyone. Primarily, it'll target people attempting to get OpenGL graphics mode / ogLib to run on a laptop.

Walkthrough:
Step 1: - Open Device Manager.
Press Win+R to open the Run window.

Type in devmgmt.msc and press enter.

You should see a window which resembles:

Expand your Display adapters. You will see something like:

Step 2: - Open NVIDIA Control Panel.
There are a few ways to do this, depending on your OS.

Method 1:
Right-click the desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel.

Method 2:
Open your Control Panel.

Change View by: in the top-right to Large/Small icons.

Select NVIDIA Control Panel.

Step 3: - Changing settings.
You should now see a window resembling the one below:

Under 3D Settings, select Manage 3D settings.

Change the drop-down under Preferred graphics processor to your NVIDIA card.

Click Apply.

The process is similar with AMD cards. Though, as I don't have a laptop/PC accessible with one, I could only upload the NVIDIA. I wouldn't expect high performance with the AMD anyhow. :P.

You should now be able to run RuneScape in OpenGL!

Also, cheers to haiku; for the screenshots. :).
