P2P Combat Training? Best Locations and XP Rates?

Just wondering where you would reocmmend to train from level 1 - 99 for combat on P2P and what xp rates are we talking?

I heard the abyss is perfect.

Thanks - I tried that guide but found that it didn't go into much depth and XP rates per hour weren't that reliable :(

Waterfiends work great with an sgs and 80+ attack, any lower and you'll miss quite regularly.
They're also fine with 65+ ranged and 70+ mage.
