Looking to see if this is a good build or not for the price. Looking to make a decent gaming computer on a budget. I don't need to run the best games at ultra settings, but high would be nice with 60+ fps.

Thats a pretty good budget build mah dude. Thats about what i paid for my first Build in 07 for something with Half the Specs.

There are few odd things there.
1)Memory stick speed is bad. In Ryzen platform it matters ALOT. It is used in infinity fabric thing to do communication between CPU cores.
Some tests here: http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/amd_ryzen_7_memory_and_tweaking_analysis_review,9. html
2)Hdd is a slow thing. Get small sdd in there, 128gb would be enough for OS and some games maybe. Then you can have fast reacting OS and use other hdd drive for data storage, movies and such.

Second this, having an SSD makes a massive difference, will last just as long as a HDD. Really helps stop stuttering in games because everything loads faster + one less bottleneck to worry about :)

Yeah one thing i regret not investing sooner in, is a good SSD nd Ram, Just makes overall operation smooother.

You do want to spend a little extra on getting higher frequency memory when buying a Ryzen5 or Ryzen7. This is a result of the modular design of the CPU complexes. The Ryzen 5 even tho its a 4 core it will have 2 cores disabled per CPU complex, so it's still made up of two CCX.

Why higher freq memory? Well this is a result of the "Infinity Fabric" which is used for "communication" across the two CCX' running the same frequency as your memory, so higher memory frequency will directly improve performance in multicore task (CL doesn't have a big impact tho). Tests of several games running higher memory speeds (2.1GHz vs 3.0GHz) has shown on to yield a rough 10% FPS boost. But it's not just games.

tl;dr Get 3GHz memory or more if you can afford it. Tho you may get away with at least OC'ing those sticks a little bit.

Try to get a 1060 instead of a 1050 ti if possible. A 1050 ti simply won't run newer games on high at 60+ fps.

I Like the build but if you could add maybe a few hundred more i could build you something really nice

A few hundred more and I am pretty sure he can do that himself :p But it's clearly a budget build. meaning a few hundred more probably doesn't exist.

Nice specifications.
Add in it a monitor mount arm that supports your PC.
you can find a good one from Flexispot store (https://www.reecoupons.com/view/flexispot).
