News Aggregators?

I'm trying to compile a list of news aggregators. Usually people submit links and there may be voting. Can be geared towards a topic or not, I'm just hoping to find good places to skim for reading.

Non-English sites would be a plus.

Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but this site seems to have a good (albeit random) mix of new articles from a bunch of different sources. The layout looks like reddit somewhat but the interaction on the site itself is somewhat minimal.
