Do I need to download SRL?

I just downloaded SCAR Divi CDE 3.06.

When I first opened it it asked me if I wanted to download the includes from the web, clicked Yes. After it finished downloading all the includes it asked me if I wanted to download SRL and I clicked Yes. Since it downloaded it the first time I opened it do I have to download the latest SRL? The reason I ask is because my SCAR is v3.06 and the thread to download the SRL says its for SCAR 2.30 (or something like that).

First question about do you need it is a definite yes, you won't be able to run any of the scripts from here without it.

To download it go to File->Download SRL That will get the version for divi.
