User Bar Tutorial
Please tell me if anyone has made a similar tutorial im only doing this for fun...also move this thread if it is in the wrong forum.
Requirements: any version of photoshop
1. First make a document around 350-19 pixels.
2. Select the gradient tool and change the gradient colours to what suits you, in this tutorial im using blue and light blue.
3. Now hold down the shift key and stretch the gradient horizontally across the signature.
This is what I got:

4. Now we are going to make a very simple pattern...to do this make a new document 6 pixels by 6 pixels and transparent.
5. zoom up as close as possible and select your pencil tool. carefully make a black diagonal line go which way you want...
6. Go edit<define pattern and name it anything you want and save
7. Now go back to our working copy and go layer<new fill layer<pattern and select the pattern you made and click OK. (you can change the fill and capacity)

8. Make a new layer.
9. Select The eclipse marquee tool and select the top as shown.

10. Select the paint bucket tool and change the foreground colour to white. Paint the selected area and change the capacity to around 35%-40%.

11. Now I need to get my render, im using the Safari logo. you can either go to google images or get your render yourself. Im going to get my logo by pressing "Print Screen" next to F12 on your keyboard.

12. Now select any fancy font...im using a simple one called "Visitor TT2 (BRK)" and type in your text.

Please do not follow this tutorial exactly...try be creative...
