hacing problems in all scripts, HELP PLEASE

hello, I'm using 3.06 SCAR, and it worked me before. I know what you are thinking "that noob probadly didnt downloaded srl and now crying in forums" but i did down loaded srl. i got error in 26 line in all scripts, that how it looks:

Line 26: [Error] (72:1): Duplicate identifier 'UpChars' in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.06\includes\srl\srl\core\Globals.s

in scar go to file then dll both includes + SRL
