it will not let me run any SCRIPTS some1 plz tell me how to fix/what is goin on

Download SCAR 3.06 & uninstall SCAR 2.03

or browse to scar.exe and open with that...

still get same problem with 3.06 and Scar.exe doesnt work =\ this is odd nothing is working rofl

Get SRL 3.81.. it fixes lotsa stuff..

Open up SCAR and choose Tools from the top, the click on Associate .scar files.
