Help With Runescape Scripts

When i start a script, everything works fine. The mouse moves to the proper location and such. However, when i get to an NPC that i have to "talk to" or "teleport", My cursor just stands idle making only the slightest movements. It doesn't move after that.

Maybe it can't find a certain color, or maybe it's something wrong with the script. May i ask what script it is?
