Everytime i try to run Scar 2.03 i get this error,

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. you may not have appropriate permission to access the item"

Scar Divi still works fine, and i have tried reinstalling and redownloading

there have been some fakes of trojanhorses in scar, but it is completely safe

the same thing happens to me, your AV just probably quarantined it

what antivirus do you use?

probably uses AVG cause thats what I used and it screwed me over now
i deleted that shiz :3

It's probably endlessly scanning your files. Just add it to exceptions, if an exceptions list exists in that crappy AV.
