ok i am a bit confused with this.

i am trying to use the function
function CountItemsBmp(area: String; bmp, tol: Integer): Integer;

but what is the area:string???

what am i supose to put in there??

its a string contstant that needs to go in there

The area parameter in almost all of the functions consists of the string: 'inv'/'inventory','shop','bank','trade',or 'your trade'. This is the corresponding interface in which you want to find the amount in

ok so i take it i can only use the ones provided, what if all i wanna do is search the whole RS window?
so what ever window i specify?

I think then you just have to do multiple checks or just rewrite the function to fit your needs.

it will sound sad but i am going to use it to count potatos that appear on the screen, its a game from neopets, which sums up how sad it but it allows me to learn scar without getting banned.

i would appreciate the help alot
