Need Help Badly

Okay, I downloaded scar and everything, but im not quite sure how to run it, if anyone can guide me to a readme file, or a short tutorial on how to run scar, please do because when i try to compile the script i get this, Include file C:\Program Files\Scar 2.03\Includes\SRL\SRL.scar does not exist, any suggestions?

2: go to file
3: put download srl
4: use search button next time
