Okay so this is my FIRST POST!! -better make it good-:spot:

What programs do any of you use to make 3d images? Isn't there some sort of program out there that can transfer/wrap a bitmap around an object?

(In case im confusing...heres an example...)
http://www.walaber.com/index.php?action=showitem&id=1
(download it to understand the next part. Its clean)

When i looked in the folder called "media" i found a bitmap of the space ship used in-game. Bitmaps are 2D right?? So what did this walaber do to wrap the picture around a shape? If anyone know please tell me!!! Walaber wont respond to me...

Thanks!

Cinema 4D FTW! Its easy, has lots of advanced features and is used industrially so you know its good (I heard it was used for the harry potter film effects and small soldiers animation)
