QUICK FIX FOR SetupSRL.scar Errors!!

I hope its ok, I put this fix on some of the install tutorials, giving you credit of course. I actually put it in quotations.

There isn't a SetUpSrl.scar in my SRLBETA4... Is there a new download?

Yes there is. same place as before

C:\Program Files\Scar 3.11\include\SRL

^it will be there

Just redownloaded it and this is the folder path C:/Program Files/Scar 3.11/SRLBETA4/Srl and there isn't a SetUpSrl.scar in the new Srl...There is in the old one... Do I need to use the old one and edit it? Sorry about if I didn't get the memo...

Even if I did I still don't have SetUpSrl.scar any where in the new Srl 4 beta...

I guess I'll just wait until 4.0 comes out or someone figures it out :(

Errr... there is no setup srl. You using the setupsrl from the old srl. Delete ure entrie srl folder and rextract :P

Ok, I used some logic and figured that if i move the new core/mis/skill folders to the old 3.81 srl then run setupsrl there it would work... It did kinda, Edited the things you said to edit Hobbit but I get this error
Line 106: [Error] (204:1): Unknown identifier 'MouseSpeed' in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.11\includes\srl\srl\core\Setup.scar

I want to get Scar up and running by tonight for Wizzup?'s ess miner :D

Well slayr had exact problem u did and somehow i fixed it :confsued:

dont move jsut the core move all the SRL and extract it there and do yes to all for overwrite

I figured out my problem, I forgot to take Srl.scar from the SRLBETA4 and put it into the old Srl folder... Wow it was that simple... Hope this helps others :D

This did help me! Thank you! I had the miner working for a little bit, but then I began to fool around with the new SRL for a bit. I played around with it so much that I had to reinstall it lol:D:D! I guess I forgot to re-include this file:duh:. Now everything works!:spot:
