Step 1)
on the tut island amke sure they dont have default clothes + dont make names such as jht5htg do alexownz001 then create another one called noobpwner5646
Step2)
Get your characters to atleast 20 combat i prefer just getting 40 att to weild rune but its your choice
Step 3)
Equip ur noobs with armour up to mith as after it gets costly
Step 4)
use your autoed prodcuts like sell them to get cahs to spend on ur noobs
Step 5)
Stock Up on pics if ur wealth have 2 rune pics 3 addy 5 steel 10 - 20 iron to bronze piks

Also have you macros move around to do different skills so it doesn't look suspicious :D Also like you don't want to over work a real person auto like you where actually playing e.x. Don't auto on one account for 3 hours strait, Suspicious...

no i have 33 picks on each of my miners and 10 rune picks on each 2

I used tarajunky's chicken killer to get 40att to wield rune picks, and sold the feathers they had (individually, so my guys are independent) and then went to the mining shop with each one, and bought the entire stock, which is something like 2 rune 3 addy, 4 mith etc or something like that (had 80-100k ea left over :p)

Give them a pat on the head when they do a good days works, and feed them. They get hungry. Just generally make them feel appreciated, so they don't get annoyed at their lack of pay.
