Lmao, these people in my yr (yr 7) went to this guys party and this guy called Josh (who's dad is a teacher at my school) lived near by.. and everyone at the party went and threw eggs at his house and they all got a in school suspenion.. LOL..

its not illegal because hes a teacher. when my friend got suspended for fighting, she had a choice between getting in trouble for battery or suspension. so ya, they prolly had that choise for degrating private property or a suspension and of course youd take the suspension. but ya, im not sure =P

Well in my area, the school is involved within a 1 mile perimeter of the school grounds, meaning they can interfere with fights etc etc if its within 1 mile of the school. Maybe as the teacher's home is within 1 mile of his school it might work like that. But maybe not I think my schools just strange :D

oh man...ISS (in school suspension) sucks donkey balls. I had a full day of it after I got back from my OSS (out of school suspension). If you're wondering I got an OSS for hacking my schools computers (lol it was funny though XD). Anyway, I'm not sure that a school can suspend students for doing stuff that is off school grounds...unless the school controls everything with in a certain perimeter like darky said.

And yes, anything that happens in a school can be pinned with the law. It all depends on if the victim wants to press charges.

thats were your wrong.if you get arrested OFF of school grounds you can get suspended/ expelled at school. at least in my district.

2 years ago i got expelled from school for throwing an m80 out of a school bus window...i was expelled for terroristic threats?!?!.. thats not the worst of it after that i went to court and was charged with propulsion of missiles and reckless endangerment and was sentenced to 3 months in bootcamp lets just say dont fuck around in school lol..but some good did come from it i havnt gotten in trouble since than ive seen what being confined is like dont want to see the next level...
