Hello im getting the same problem that feturley had the other day.

Basically Scar is trying to activate the client before it begins the login procedure but is really de-activating it as the bar is a hazy blue instead of a bold blue.

I know i havent explained it very well but has anybody got any ideas?

im using internet explorer 7.0V

Thanks for your time

EDIT:Sorry forgot to add this.

Im not sure whether this is a SRL problem or a SCAR problem however it has occured when i updated both SCAR and SRL so it could be either one.

I think it's a SCAR prob because activate client is a SCAR function. I'd use firefox 2.0 because
a) Less of a resource hog
b) works better w/scar

Holy crap. I KNOW WHAT YOU FEEL!!

I have the same problem, along with a couple of other people. I think it's IE fault actually. Try downloading mozilla firefox, thats what I'm going to try.

Here's the download link - http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

I'm not guaranteeing(sp?) it will work, but it's worth a shot.

I've tried for so long to get the answer for this, sorry I couldn't help you more.

You could use FindWindowBySize(766, 504);

Works for me, i have it in my LoginPlayer; procedure but it should also work if you do it after SetupSRL;

like :

SetupSRL;
FindWindowBySize(766, 504);

0.o I didn't even know that existed. That grabs RS as the client, right, but does it activate it, or do I have to put activate client afterwards?

In my experience ActivateClient works properly then ...

I think it's IE fault.

Is it their Fault? or is it THEIR fixes? Anyways I use IE v 7. Just make sure you drag the crosshair onto the screen... try it, if it doesn't work, use the Crosshair twice.

This method works for me. Dragging the crosshairs twice. Good idea. Thanks.
