basically can anyone just revive one of the old scripts for the new Alotic server. its supposedly the exact source as the old one so it should work but i haven't had the best of luck trying to get them working hoping someone with experience can fix it easily.

I finally got around to looking at the new Alotic since your post intrigued me...

This version is not the source from before - that's the problem. They've gone up to 668 which I don't think they used before. The player models look different so it's not a stretch to thing that the NPC models are also different, hence the color thieving bot from a few years back won't work anymore. That being said (without looking at the script), you could just use the same script template and swap out the bitmaps they used to identify the palidins or w/e that it was thieving, the food items to eat, etc. etc.
