I need help with SRL 4 beta

Uh hi im kinda new here, believe me im not a leacher, im just a newbie to srl and scar and i have a question.This is probally gonna scare you so much cause the question is so nooby, but i need to ask it.How do you even install srl 4 beta? it tells the instructions on the page like extract it and stuff, but i dont know what that means.can someone tell me exactly where to go and do, or am i bugging you to much lol.

Download a program called winrar.

Then follow the tutorials. 6:16 am. Cant be assed to explain further. Theres lots of help on the forums. Just use the search.

and do the extracting instructions make sense?

YESSS i finally got it i extracted and copyed all the stuff in the copy to plugins folder to the plugins folder so did i download it correctly now?
