Can't install SRL 4 BETA

I download SRL 4 BETA but i can't extract it. I tried downloading it to other places, but I still couldn't extract it.. (There is no thing that pops up that says extract). Could someone try and help me

upload a picture of the window it shows when you have downlaoded it, do u have winrar installed?

idk if this will work for you but on vista i had to right click win rar and hit run as admin and then it let me extract srl hope that works for you

You probably dont have winrar?
