SRL Forum Rules 01/03/2006
Since SRL Forums broke throught the century wall, here are rules for you to follow.
Rule Nr 1. "No Leeching"
No leeching on SRL forums.
SRL is for the beginner and the advanced, for the hobbyist and the semi-professional alike. No leeching means you will have to participate @ the SRL-forum. We are constantly in search of Testers and/or Talented Scripters, but 0 postcount and a HD stacked with good scripts is no option here. The Dev. team has spent countless hours working on its projects and we are giving SRL out for free, but you will need to make your contribution!
We dont want SRL forums to become a anonymous monster.
Failing to comply to rule Nr. 1 will inevitably lead to a name ban, re-registering under another name will result in an IP ban. No exceptions, unless prooven otherwise...
Rule Nr. 2. "Behave"
- No Illegal Stuff. No warez, no copyrighted material.
- No Spam.
- No Scam.
- No Flame.
- No Trade.
- No Offensive Material.
SRL is for Scar Scripters/Programmers. Allthough we have fun and do deal with the Real Questions of Life too, the SRL-forums are basically here for scripting and scripts. If you feel like posting an advertisement for i.e. a friendly site, you are free to do so, however it must be within moral standards.
Other then that, just behave! Or speaking directly to the adolescent majority: don't do anything you parents wouldnt want you to do here! Failing to do so will lead to a formal warning. If you fail to stay within morality, you will be banned.
Ranks, Reputation, Avatar and Cups.
Rankings.
These are the Postcount Rankings:
Leecher.
First Time Poster.
Junior Member.
Community Member.
Senior Member.
These are the Special Rankings, provided by the Admin/Dev Team.
SRL-Scripter.
SRL-Master.
SRL-Developer.
Reputation.
Spreading Reputation is an essential part of the SRL ranking system. Currently there is only one automatic distinction. Rep 30+ gives you SRL Member status and grants you access to the SRL Public Scripts Section.30 rep points shouldnt be any problem in this friendly society. We have to make a distinction.
Avatars.
The Avatars are reserved for SRL Member rank and above.
Cups.
As of now, only one: The SRL Scripters Cup.
