What to add to most Scripts

Hi, I'm wondering what you have to add to scripts to make them work. I know you have to fill in the account name, password, but what else? Also, how do you fill in colors and where do you usually put them in scripts? Sorry for the questions I'm just a complete noob :duh: :(
