setup.scar is from an old version of scar i believe...

did you remember to copy the new srl file from the srl 4beta folder and overwrite the old one with it?

Maybe because you are not using the correct version of SRL. Therefor you don't get an answer...

Use the latest srl (4 beta) and look at the tutorial island section if you are unsure about installing it.
