SRL 4.0 Please Help

Ever since i downloaded SRL 4.0, i can not get any scripts to compile or run. I get an error message somewhat like this every time:
Line 106: [Error] (219:1): Unknown identifier 'MouseSpeed' in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.11\includes\srl\srl\core\Setup.scar
If any one can help me of tell me what i have to do I would appreciate it. Please Help.
