How many posts do I need to be able to download SRL 4

Like the title says. How many *proper* (not spam) posts do I need to be able to download anything from the SRL Forums but particularly SRL 4?


Or does it have something to do with longetivity/activity? I really need help.


Somebody has to know??? Be kind and help a noob. (Not a noob on Runescape though, lvl 86, lvl 95 fletching ftw!!!!)
