View Full Version : no auto log out? bug?

i dont know if this has already been addressed but there seems to be a bug with SCAR (or Runescape) that doesnt allow your character to log out after a certain period of time.

i was using wizzup's ess miner when i noticed that a lot of my characters just stood there after they finish their loads. i observed and saw that my character wont log out on his own anymore.

(fyi: after a certain amount of time in game - Runescape automatically kicks you out).

is this a bug with SCAR or a new jagex anti-bot procedure?

solutions would be much appreciated.

I think its a wait until logged feature in Wizzups ess miner.

yeah i know that...

what im not sure about is why Runescape wont just kick my character out.

instead, he just stands there idle for about 2 hours...

is this a bug with SCAR or is it Runescape itself?

You mean it just sits there and you don't log out? Without the mouse moving or anything?

yep and it sat there for a good 2 hours or so.

everyone was moving in the client so it wasnt just the common lag.

and the mouse just sat there along with my character.

i wonder if Runescape is raising its anti- auto detectors lol

Sometimes my characters log out 2 minutes into being idle. Sometimes it takes 10. It seems the time it takes to log out due to being idle is being tinkered with lol

I've noticed this also..only on my slowest computer though..something to do with lag I'm guessing..and scar is still sending some kind of message to the client to keep it from logging out (small mouse movement, etc)..

What are the specs on your comp it is happening on ? Mine is a POS, so I won't even bother posting..
