Failure to checkout using Subversion

Subversion is installed .. new SCAR is installed.

I click to Checkout .. and the response I get is:

"Couldn't move the plugins from the SRL folder to the plugins folder"

Help from someone smarter than I? :p

Okay .. I just uninstalled every version of SCAR I had along with Subversion. Installed a fresh copy of Subversion and fresh copy of SCAR - just tried to download SRL again via Subversion with the same results above. Does ANYONE have an idea that I can try to get this to work?
