Subversion Repository won't work...

i got the subversion installed and ii go to options in the scar 3.12 and go to SRL download and in the download type only regular download is selectable the Subversion Repository can't be selected, please help!

was it intalled or downloaded? i remember when i downloaded SRL 4 the subversion link wasn't to the setup file and didn't work for me
