Make sure to extract the plugins into the plugins folder. Even easier you could just Download SRL right through SCAR.

ive done all of that and it still doesnt work...

Open Scar. Press the File tab, and click DOWNLOAD

ive done that and no script works.

when i try to hit complie it gives me another script like GLOBAL.txt

How about posting in the Title..."What" you are having problems with...

Please tell what script you are trying to use...and post the exact error and Line you are receiving...without any of this, it will be very hard to help you...
