Is that the only script that lags?
Try:
-Scannign for viruses
-Defraggin HD
-Removing unwanted crap
It is realy often a problem...
try to do this:
open task manager (ctrl + alt + delet)
open internet explorer or firefox or whatelse
you will see Internet Explorer
doubleclick on this
you will se the procedure iexplorer.exe
rightclick and set the priority on high.
now ie is unlaggy :D
or
you buy a new pc :P

First you can search for the "disk defragmenter" and run it, let it run for about an hour unless ur comp is fast. This will get all of the junk out and speed it up a bit. Than uninstall programs you dont use by going to controll pannel and add and remove programs. If none of these things help than I suggest to buy a new hard drive:o
