A VM is a virtual machine... VM's allow you to auto multi accounts at once while being able to minimize it and still do anything on the original OS.

Yeah man, you just have to set up a virtual machine and run scripts off of them.

Then you're all set to kill your computer. Have fun with it man, it is NOT worth it in the long run.

I mean not only does it permanently slow down your computer, but it also lowers its lifespan.

Have fun explaining to your parents that 'Honey, I killed the cat.'

Install VM will consider as having additional pc under your original OS and it just running at the background which you still can use your pc to check internet. Using VM too much will Lag on the pc and most spec must follow in order to prevent lag. There's lot of Tut out there created by SRL member to help you install the VM under tutorial island here

You need a lot of RAM for it to function properly, it basically creates a copy of your PC, similar to the multiple desktops that linux supports.

Yea, just like a ordinairy video game and some heavy video conversion.
But explain this to me: how can it lower my computers lifespan? Does a VM burn my computer or anything like that?

The only thing I can think of is due to the constant stressing of the computer it might get overheated, but if you got a good cooler that shouldn't be a problem.
And if it becomes slower, we still got format c: :)
