Where is my SetUpSRL.Scar?

I read the following on how to use the SRL scripts:

"To Use this execellent service to the community, simply open and run SetUpSRL.Scar inside your main SRL Directory."

I can't find this file anywhere =/ I'm a noob at this whole SRL thing...I know.

well, you can search for it but to download you need at least 10 posts and to be a member for 1 week.
